Mother’s Day treats
To celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, March 19, we’re offering delicious Afternoon Tea boxes, cream tea boxes or mixed traybakes, so you can pop in, or pre-order online, and collect on Saturday, March 18 before 2pm.
One serving of our afternoon tea costs £17.50 and £35 for two servings.
An afternoon tea box will include:
- A selection of sandwiches, including Coronation chicken/chickpea on a granary roll, cucumber and cream cheese on white farmhouse and ham, English mustard and salad on wholemeal
- Mini sausage rolls
- A selection of sweet treats, including one plain and one fruit scone with clotted cream and jam, a slice of lemon drizzle layer cake with lemon curd buttercream and crushed meringues and a salted butterscotch and Belgian chocolate ganache tartlet.
Our cream teas will cost £3.50 per serving and include one fruit scone, one plain scone, a pot of clotted cream and jam.
Vegan/vegetarian options
We can also do vegan or vegetarian Mother’s Day afternoon teas with a slightly different menu, but the same sort of items. When you pre-order, please write in the notes section on the website, or let us know when calling or popping in, that you require a vegan or vegetarian option.
Mixed tray bakes
Our delicious mixed tray box will include six different delicious bakes for £15.
